Welcome to BTOBRobot. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the BTOBRobot website (the "Site") and the services offered therein. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using the Site, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Site and must immediately cease all use.

2. THE MARKETPLACE

BTOBRobot is an online marketplace that connects buyers with third-party sellers ("Sellers") of industrial and consumer robots. BTOBRobot is not the official seller of the items sold by Sellers. We act as a platform to facilitate transactions and provide access to the BTOBSupply ecosystem, including logistics and order processing services. The sales contract is directly concluded between the buyer and the Seller.

3. USER REGISTRATION

You may be required to register on the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account. We reserve the right to delete, modify, or refuse a username if we determine, at our sole discretion, that it is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept various payment methods listed on the Site. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date purchase and account information for all orders made through the Site. Applicable taxes will be added to the purchase price as required. All payments must be made in US dollars unless otherwise specified.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Site and its original content, features, and functionalities are the property of BTOBRobot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may only access and use the Site for its intended purposes. Any automated use of the system, such as data mining, scripts, or robots, is strictly prohibited.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute related to the Site shall be brought exclusively before a competent court located in Casablanca, Morocco.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall BTOBRobot, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through the Site.

9. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Terms shall remain in effect while you use the Site. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to deny access to the Site to any person for any reason.
