At BTOBRobot, we strive to provide a transparent and efficient shipping and returns experience. As a marketplace connecting sellers worldwide, policies are managed through our centralized system to ensure consistency and reliability.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Standard orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times for custom or large-scale industrial orders may vary and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

BTOBRobot facilitates shipping through our integrated logistics partners, BTOBLogistic and BTOBFulfillment, to ensure reliable delivery. Delivery times vary depending on the item's origin, your destination, and the shipping method selected.

  • International Shipping: As a global platform, we ship worldwide. Please note that international shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
  • Shipment Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor progress via your dashboard.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees

Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are applied once the shipment arrives in your country. All customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. BTOBRobot has no control over these fees and cannot predict them.

Returns and Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your BTOBRobot account and go to the “My Orders” section.
  2. Select the order you wish to return and click the “Request Return” button.
  3. Fill in the required information, including the reason for the return.
  4. Our team will review your request and, if accepted, will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed instructions. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Provide your order number and photos of the issue so we can assess the situation and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
